Valling Ship Survey Ltd was established by Naval Architect Tomas Valling Kristensen as a one-person company i 2007.
As a Naval Architect Tomas Valling Kristensen has an occupational background in a Classification Society and from the Danish Maritime Association. He is also a educated boatbuilder from Walsteds boatyard A/S.
The staff has been continuously expanded and includes now a total of 8 employees. Continuing with Tomas Valling Kristensen as owner and manager of the company, now converted into a Private limited company - Ltd.
The professional - and ship technical background is broadly based. These include a work experience from Danish Maritime Authority, Classification Society, shipyards and the like. Most of the employees have in addition a craftsman degree in marine sciences.
The company has in the past period had several assignments with non - classified special vessels to register under the Danish flag, where procedures and documentation for approval at the Danish Maritime Authority, can be extensive.
